Project Management
Our project managers are the single designated point of contact for our clients. They guarantee project awareness and understanding from start to finish. With access to the full spectrum of NG Bailey capabilities, they carefully select the project management team where skills match requirements.
Responsible for the project from tender to pre-commencement, installation, completion and beyond, the project management team ensures the building or project meets the design specification, works as envisaged, and is properly commissioned.
They are supported throughout by site supervisors and electrical and mechanical engineers. Together, they access all the necessary resources and capabilities to successfully deliver the project. This embraces offsite fabrication, technical management reviews, quality and safety audits and the management of independent in-house commissioning engineers.
