NG Bailey’s Facilities Services division, which holds accreditation from the Institute of Customer Service, provides mechanical and electrical, technical, planned preventative and reactive fabric and minor ground maintenance.

From the commissioning stage through to ongoing operation, buildings require regular and effective maintenance to operate correctly and for the systems inside to perform to a standard which meets design specifications. The consequences of ineffective maintenance can be huge in terms of profitability, occupant wellbeing and safety.
