Condition Based Maintenance

Condition based maintenance allows planned corrective action to be scheduled following identification of plant deterioration by the utilisation of thermal imaging and vibration analysis. As a result downtime will be reduced and positive impact will result on output and quality.
Over a period of time the improved operational performance resulting from condition based maintenance will allow rationalisation of maintenance resources and assets.
